“Our bathroom was old and outdated so we was looking for shower panels and luckily we come across The Panel Company and it was half price so we decided to buy panels from them and haven't regret it. Well packed ,good quality and looks amazing and half price. Recommending this company.”

“I would love to write a review but my order has still not arrived as it is out of stock at the branch that is delivering it. I placed the order as everything was in stock and not told otherwise when ordering. This has now put my project back at least a week and counting. Told website does as a whole company regarding stock not as delivery branch. What a joke. 13 days at least from ordering and counting. Not happy.”

Hi we're so sorry to hear your samples have not arrived. We send our samples out using a third party courier, very occasionally there are delays or lost packages. I will have a new set of samples sent out for you today.

“I received the product samples and I can't think of purchasing anything, the product is pretty low quality, the panels have a low quality printed texture which does look fake even without touching it.”

“some of the panels were damaged, one looked like it had been dropped or damaged as they'd been taken off the van. the other had a small slit in, but not visible on a photo. luckily we'd ordered plenty to cover these, the slit one although it was in the centre widthways, it was towards the end of the panel and the damaged one we had to work around as didn't want to wait. Didn't report as we were waiting to see if we could manage, which we did, so no harm done, you just need to be aware.”

I have refunded one of the shower panels. In these rare cases where panels are damaged upon delivery we will always replace them, but i understand you were able to work round them. “This was the first time using this company i had a enquiry about pricing and was refunded no hassle at all , the staff were quick to reply and friendly, 5 ⭐️ service more convenient shopping through these as sold as single options not in packs of 5 like another company , the delivery was when stated in perfect condition, informed the day before so no waiting about, I would definitely recommend to friends and family, thank you Michelle”
