“Their shower panel tutorial made the job look so easy that I decided to buy them, the product is strong but light to handle, with a great selection of finishes, delivery was quick and professional, with the items taken virtually to the job, I would highly recommend the company and their products,great service all round”

“I was not notified our panels were out of stock and not going to be delivered in time until I rang to see when they would be delivered. This resulted in us having to rush around sourcing panels in stock local to me and thereby cancelling my order with you. Very poor service, would not recommend.”

Good Afternoon, May I apologise for the service you have received. Some of our panels have a high turnover of stock so we rely on manufacturers supplying us in good time. On occasions there will be a delay but this should have been communicated to you at every stage. “Over the moon with product and price. The panels look stunning, are good quality, good price and very easy to cut and install and I’m no tradesmen with very very basic skills. Delivery was great, just had to chase a delivery date after 5 working days but had a prompt update and had a text the day before delivery which was then changed to a slightly earlier time by text. Didn’t affect my opinion of the company though as wasn’t an issue for me. Only completed a small project on the bath end wall but will very probably now do the entire bath area. Top class.”

“Pleased with the flooring but the wall panels looked a lot cheaper than expected and some of the corners were cracked!! Also it took approximately 3 weeks before delivery came and there is no contact about your order unless you contact them!”

“Started with a shower cubicle and was pleased with the result so have now panelled two complete (nearly) bathrooms. Have found the people knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely accommodating (I ordered the wrong size trims but they readily replaced them and they arrived within a week.) I found the product easy to install though would recommend having a vacuum cleaner to hand throughout the process as the dust produced by cutting is attracted to the panels via static, doesn't brush off easily and is a non-requirement when it comes to gluing! All in all, happy with the product and the people.”
