“Never buy off this firm ! They say 4 to 7 days delivery, after 10 days they delivered the wrong stuff, no apology, driver said he would sort it and deliver next day ( didn't hear from them ! ) left to me after another 4 days to chase them up , after several ,more phone calls they have promised ( verbally) to deliver in 4 days time , what poor customer service ! No email to confirm, And I'm still waiting so watch this space !”

“Really pleased the with quality of the wood panels and although I had to trim them to fit they were easy to do so with no damage delivery was excellent kept up to date with tracking and delivery driver was very pleasant and brought them into my home and left them in a safe place I now have them up in my kitchen and looks amazing definitely recommend this company”

“Panels arrived well packed and on time fitted them over 2 days and now the wall looks stunning well happy , the light grey sulcado range, and the acoustics don't half make the difference. Would recommend to anyone for a great wall feature.”

“The panels and trims delivered are great quality. The only small issue I had was that I was not informed of when my delivery was coming so was not at home unfortunately the delivery was just left on my driveway. Luckily it was still there when I returned home.”

“I've never used this material before. It was easy. Excellent result in the downstairs cloakroom. I created a feature wall with it. The trim is an essential finishing touch. My wife is happy so that's all good.”

“Was given a 1 hour time slot when ordering then it went to 2 hours then it went to 2.3/4 hours not a good company or honest company in my opinion hence wont be ordering again”

Although we do aim to deliver within the 1 hour predicted time slot, from time to time our drivers may experience delays when travelling distance on the motorway due to accidents that are unfortunately not in our control. Our delivery system will always notify you by text to keep you informed of any changes to the expected time of arrival. We are sorry once again for the delayed delivery, we can see after looking into this that our driver was running approximately 45 minutes behind. Rest assured this wasn't intentional. “Great product. The panels being discounted and reasonably priced is slightly misleading. The costs of the trim’s, adhesive, ends caps ended up being 40% on top of the panel order…… my panels also took 9 working days to arrive. No body’s notified me they wouldn’t be delivered in the 3-7 day period advertised online. The panels themselves are great, easy to install etc”

“Top quality panels, really easy to work with, no problems with cutting out rectangles for sockets. Got them delivered within 3 days, had small problem which has been quickly resolved by customer service. Would definitely recommend and I'm going to buy a few panels more in the near future. Love them”

“Order placed 30/1/2024, eight days later no contact regarding delivery date so as advised I contacted Bristol. They called back within the hour to advise that delivery is direct from the manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for a further eight days later 16/02/2024. I replied and asked why, if a delivery date could be arranged with the manufacturer within an hour, why was it not done straight away when I placed the order, instead of keeping me waiting for eight days, and then me having to chase it up. Delivery was made on that day, but as I had already suspected, not by someone from the manufacturer, but by a panel company driver. I emailed a complaint and received a response stating that this would be passed up the line to higher management who would investigate and either call or email their response. As of todays date 29/03/2024 I have heard nothing I assume that their investigation is being done so methodical and in depth that it is taking this long ?, or could it be that they have washed their hands of it ?? Won't hold my breath for a response anytime soon. Disgraceful customer service.”
