“I was impressed with the quality of the panels, I usually use wood backed panels, which are difficult to handle on your own, but these are much easier, and still feel decent quality. Only downside was delivery. Took over a week to come, and I did not get informed of delivery time until 7.30am on delivery day. Which makes it difficult will taking time off to be home ect”

“Usually good at delivery, we've had a few different deliveries and there have been no problems at all. However I ordered a couple of small items recently so decided to go for pick up as there is a depot not too far away but so far I've not been advised that it's ready so hence 4 stars instead of 5.”

“The panels are great quality but….. First lot I ordered the delivery date was delayed last minute, no apology. Second lot were black felt, not the grey I ordered. Driver wouldn’t take away and customer service have not given a new delivery date. The did however say the “might” pickup wrong ones on Monday 🤷‍♀️”

“Great panels great price and great service. The 10mm panels were very sturdy and well packaged, in fact I can’t remember the last time something got delivered without any damage at all but these were perfect all the corners and sides were protected. Driver was very helpful and as Ime 70 years old and have a health condition he actually put the panels in my hallway for. Top guy. Thanks so much.”

“Ordered charcoal grey with black backing as per the website photos. Was sent pale grey backing had no choice but to use it as under time constraint. Company just covered their backs and said that is what I ordered. I’m not going to waste time arguing.”
