“From ordering to delivery of my panels, the company was fantastic. They sent messages, emails keeping me up to date with delivery etc. my order was delivered exactly when they said it would be and the panels were packaged well. We are extremely happy with them and would recommend 100%.”

“I must have used this company 25+ separate occasions, and Merit must go to the outstanding customer service I recently received. After receiving my delivery on the 8th this month for me to find a blemish on 1 of the shower panels, my client was'nt readily available for a decision on the blemish being covered by an electric shower unit or we wait the delivery period of a replacement, which really i felt wasnt an option seeing as the property only had this one bathroom like most and was currently tennanted, I neither wanted to wait an addional week as not only would i have been on a differant project, staff also needed to be paid. I went about communicating via email the dilemma the evening of the 8th, mentioning my client not being available / able to contribute to the decision, after all- this undoubtedly was hers to make as this was her bathroom. I ended the email saying I would follow this email up with a telephone call the following day during business hours to discuss as i was going to attempt to make contact with my client, but if they could in the meantime check the panel was available and in the same batch group and how quickly I would receive the replacement panel. I missed the follow-up telephone call during the business's opening hours, so I pencilled it in my diary for the following day. Only to be presented with a reply email that evening (my office time): the replacement was ordered and the delivery was the next day, 10th. I was astonished, to say the least, as this is the ideal resolution any bathroom fitter could hope for, allowing the job to be completed on time. Amazing and a huge thank you for deciding for us, turning it around on such short notice, & relieving all the stresses that surround the situation. 10 out of 10 house points. Thank you.”

“Shop staff very helpful, the panels are spot on. Downside had to wait 7 days for delivery( items were in stock). No phone call when delivered, left outside in the rain. We have a ring door bell, it wasn't even rang. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.”
