“Easy to order online - able to view if item is in stock. They do delivery mainly but you can pickup. We were able to pickup as showroom was nearby.”

“Awful service. Panel didn’t turn up. Had to chase constantly. Never found out what happened to the original delivery. Emails ignored. Finally turned up two weeks later with no explanation.”

“Good quality panels for a very reasonable price. Staff at the Dartford branch were very helpful when I ordered the wrong size trims. Sent the new size, collected the old size and refunded the payment straight away. Well done”

“To be honest I’m very disappointed with the product as they were delivered damaged, no wonder he wanted a signature off my wife before he brought them off the van. In all honest not happy.”

“I recently ordered plastic bathroom panels from The Panel Company online. Their website is easy to use, and they offer a wide range of quality products at competitive prices. Unfortunately, the delivery company they use — AIT Home Delivery — let me down. They failed to deliver on 7th November and claimed no one was home, which was untrue. This experience made me lose confidence in AIT’s reliability, so I decided to cancel my order. I requested a refund, and I’m pleased to say The Panel Company processed it quickly and without hassle. While I cannot recommend AIT Home Delivery, I do want to highlight that The Panel Company itself is solid, reliable, and professional.”

“Really good service. Had to arrange a refund as the shade of panel didn’t look right when we held it up. Prompt with the delivery of new panelling and collection of existing. Very polite and certainly use them again. Good product too!!”
