“Absolutely beautiful and first class! We are delighted with our new bedstead. It's very well made and sturdy. We had to wait a little longer for the bronze patina finish but it was well worth the wait. Excellent delivery service also.”

“From order to delivery was 2 weeks including painting the bedstead our chosen colour. Arrived within the time allocated and was very well packaged. Wd couldn’t find all the bolts but customer services were most helpful and they explained where they were hidden! The bed was easy to put together no we are very pleased with it and would definitely buy another bed from this company. Tanya and Jamil have been most helpful throughout.”

“Amazingly efficient delivery- very convenient choice of days and times, 2 hour time slot texted the day before & easy to track progress on the day. Only thing to remember is you can't be needing the bed in a hurry- took approx 6 weeks from order to time frame for delivery. Having said that, would definitely use again.”

“Ordering was a simple process, the delivery was prompt and the delivery guys polite, helpful and professional. They took the bed frame to its second floor home which was extremely helpful. The frame was simple to put together and the brass fittings delightfully chunky. We had been concerned that they might be cheap materials but quite the contrary. We are delighted with this bed frame and would have no hesitation in recommending the Original Bedstead Company.”

“Bed arrived as promised but without the finials and head rails. Matt was amazingly helpful and had replacement chrome ones sent the next day until the pewter ones arrive from the manufacturer in a couple of weeks. The bed itself is great quality and easy to assemble but the instructions could be clearer, especially for the cast iron beds. Would have given 5 stars if the bed had been complete but the after sales care was second to none and would buy from this company again.”

“First bed from them, and I really like it. Assembled myself, with the help of several piles of books....tricky, but possible. Bed is well made, sturdy, and very attractive. Delivery was less impressive; on time, but couriers took little care, rushing through the house, banging walls and light fittings, and finally dropping the damp and dirty boxes so carelessly and forcefully that I had to spend some time cleaning the wall. Would definitely recommend the bed though; very, very pleased.”

“Very prompt delivery. Also, I had made a mistake with my order and rang to change the colour of the bedstead. This was changed with no fuss and the young man on the phone was very polite. I did appreciate that all the tools necessary for putting the bed together were provided. Handy idiots guide with pictures was useful too. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.”
