“The day the bed was supposed to be delivered, the delivery company rang me in the morning to say they'd be here within half hour and they didn't arrive, they then told me at 7pm they weren't coming, annoying when I waited in all day! I then had to rebook the delivery. This wasn't the bed company's fault though! When the bed did arrive days later I noticed after they'd gone the one long slim box with the sides and end in was damaged and it wasn't until I tried to put the bed together I realised I couldn't because the centre bar and both side pieces were bent, I called my brother who managed to bend the ends into position so we could put it together, I didn't want to send it back as I'd been sleeping on my mattress on the floor for a while and didn't want to wait whilst it was collected and another delivered. It's a beautiful bed and looks lovely in my bedroom (Edwardian) it's just a shame it arrived damaged.”

“The most beautiful bed - people have commented on how attractive it is! The bed drawers are an absolute must have - huge amounts of space for storing pretty much anything and still space left over under the bed!”

“Order arrived and was assembled as per instructions no problem.Quality of the items was very good and well made. After a few weeks of "breaking in" we have begun to get the feel of it and look forward to many years of night time comfort.”

“The bed exceeded expectations in terms of look and quality build. It was, however, really complicated to put together due to how the bolts and other fittings work. The instructions were also insufficient. I say this as a person who has put together all manner of self-build wardrobes, kitchens, beds, etc so I can't imagine how much difficulty someone who isn't used to doing this sort of thing might have. Yes, the end result is great, but I had to take things apart multiple times to get it right.”

“Bed is excellent quality service from once excellent. Delivery . The bed arrived on two different days which wasn’t so good as we had got rid of our old bed bed but obviously that was the fault of Tuffnals . Overall very pleased with the bed”
