“We have bought X3 OBC iron and brass beds in recent times , and are delighted with the quality and style of the beds . They are a delight to look at and very sturdy , and when matched with a high quality matress offer a great night's sleep . There was a small issue regarding the drilling of one of the bed base frame holes - but OBC quickly sorted this out for us , so no big problem . We would certainly recommend Corby based OBC , and will return again if / when we need another bed .”

“Bed fine, delivery catastrophic. No consultation or prior notification. If I hadn't called to chase, the bed would have been left on the doorstep or the delivery failed for a fortnight as we were about to go on holiday.”

Our courier partners usually do send out multiple messages before attempting delivery and do not typically deliver without your express consent. “I love my new bed and mattress. Everything about this order was handled professionally. Ordering was easy, delivery was within just a week or so. The people making the delivery were professional and courteous. The bed is of great quality and the mattress is superb, I highly recommend this company for your new bed.”

“I had been struggling to find what I consider to be a well made bed for my child, from the likes of M&S/John Lewis. Either they were ridiculously expensive or of poor quality for a lower budget. I spent hours trawling the internet until I stumbled upon the OBC. I really liked that they had a wide range of metal/brass bed frames and that they can even spray the frame in a colour of your choosing, if you don’t like the standard colours. I was a bit worried in ordering from the internet and from a company that’s relatively unknown, but I decided to take the plunge and was really glad that I did! The order and payment process was a cinch, and I took delivery of the bed a few days later. It arrived well packaged and was delivered into my home with care. The bed was easy to assemble and was everything in had expected it to be. I’m that impressed that I’m now looking at buying a new bed for myself from the OBC!”

“When looking for a bed frame I initially searched on the more “mainstream” webpages thinking that I would be able to get something cheaper. When I found the Original Bed company , I was surprised and pleased to be able to purchase what turned out to be a fab iron bed frame , of great quality and actually worked out cheaper than like for like elsewhere. I got the drawers which I made difficult for myself to fit but once I got the hang of how to attach then all was well. The bed looks great, supports a large king size mattress well , is of great quality and delivery was also great. They let me know from purchase to arrival date with plenty of options to pick a time to suit. Definitely recommend the company, their service and beds .”

“Great company and well-made, old-fashioned style mattress with no foam in sight! We chose the Juno Cotton. Although we went for the firm tension, we ultimately found that we would've liked it to be firmer and it wasn't really for us. I would call it Medium really. Otherwise couldn't fault it. The wool & cotton layers inside were so lovely and it's double-sided so will go the distance I think. Would recommend.”

“Excellent communication and prompt, efficient service. Bought on line on the basis of having slept on one of their mattresses in a holiday cottage. It is on the firm side but that is our preference and we are delighted with it. Beautifully made and giving us excellent nights sleeping. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRODUCT. I DID ORDER TWO UNDER-BED DRAWERS UNFORTUNATELY THEY DON'T STAY FIXED TO THE BED FRAME. PERHAPS YOU COULD GIVE MORE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AS THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET IS NOT VERY CLEAR.”

“I am delighted with my Solomon bed frame from the Original Bed Company. It was delivered quickly, on time and was easy to set up. A few months later I contacted the customer services team to order a couple of storage drawers and they were incredibly helpful. I have recommended the Original Bed Company bed frames to some friends who subsequently ordered and are also delighted with their purchase - many thanks!”
