“Although the wait was long, it was well worth it when the bed arrived. It is beautiful, sturdy, well-made and very elegant. It was extremely well packed and the parts protected from damage. It was relatively easy to assemble, thanks to the clear and comprehensive instructions. The couriers were courteous and delivered the bed to the room of my choice.”

“I have been looking at this company and the beds for such a long time trying to decide which one to purchase. They’re all so good but finally chose the Selkirk and it’s fabulous. The fitter was excellent and all was sorted out. Happy bunny!!”

“I was very taken with the bed range and reviews when i saw them online so decided to order a new bed and chose a Hamilton. This duly arrived and i was able to assemble it easily following the instructions supplied. I was pleased with the sturdiness and quality of the bed and with a new mattress purchased locally have enjoyed a really good nights sleep since. I did then buy a second single bed. This was a similar experience but there was a very minor defect on one of the brass rails which i queried. The team sent me a complete new brass kit with no fuss or quibbles. great service! All in all a really pleasant buying experience. The couriers were fast efficient and kept me informed on delivery too.”

“Lovely company to work with. I had very specific dates for delivery so contacted them by phone, where a helpful person checked my dates, guided me through how to order and how to formally requst times. They delivered in a 3 hour time-slot with plenty of useful communication. All that would be no use without a good product, but my bed is fabulous, so strong, solid and elegant. It is just like the website, and top quality. It has 2 height settings, and came extremely well packaged and with clear assembly instructions. It did suggest that 2 people assemble the bed, but I (60 year old female) managed without any 'flat-pack-furniture' rage. I was initially concerned that the material on the headboard might collect fluffy-dog fur, but that hasn't happened either. Couldn't have asked for better service, or a better bed.”
