Delivery received ok, however would be helpful to list whether the Christmas lights are suitable for Indoor or outdoor use. As I ordered lights and only found out that they are only suitable for indoor use once received. Thanks

The set up did not seem to flow today for me in store. Came out without a few things I needed to buy. Found it too much clutter to have a good look around

I had looked all over for this Christmas ornament that I had seen last year. I found it during a Google search. It was easy to place the order, unfortunately when it arrived the antlers had broken in 3 places, although it has been well packaged. The breaks were clean and so we were able to glue it together, instead of having to repack, take to post office and wait in for a replacement. This hasn't put me off ordering again

I visited you today and was told I couldn’t use my birthday voucher as it was for September. My birthday is the 30 September. Surly I should have a month to spend it. I always love my visits. Bit disappointed today.

Packaging was first class. Condition of owl is very good. Only problem was tracking of Hermes delivery. The page displayed on my iPad (iOS v 9) was scrambled, I had to use a PC with Windows to find out which day the package would arrive! I got just 5 minutes between the alerting email and the arrival of the package. Lucky that I was in. The delivery driver was pleasant and efficient.

Unfortunately this visit was disappointing. Firstly when we tried to redeem the breakfast voucher we were told it was valid till 12.30. It would have been useful if this had been noted on the email voucher. The stock of plants was also low in comparison to normal. I appreciate that the signs indicated that new stock was coming however again perhaps this could be included in email correspondence as I travel 40 mins to visit. Your garden centre is fantastic and I visit regularly to purchase plants and browse. this is the first time I have been disappointed ☹️

Visited the Garden Centre for the first time since the expansion and pleasantly surprised to see the improvements made. Lovely new car park but sadly lacking on disabled car parking. It was with great difficulty that our disabled passenger tried to get out of the car in a normal parking space as all disabled spaces were taken. On pointing this out to the young lady on reception the reaction was hostile with her telling us that "they had the right quota for the size of the car park and in any case there was no more room for further disabled spaces" The car park is massive and as well as ourselves having to park in a normal space, two other badge holders were also parked in normal spaces so clearly seven spaces are NOT adequate. Perhaps this should be reviewed. The attitude of the young lady on reception left a sour taste to the start of our visit and perhaps she should not have gone on the defensive as our remarks were only made to suggest that the parking be reviewed. Having been regular customers in the past, it is doubtful if we will now return, especially as our guest were first time visitors and left with a not so rosy impression.

Plants are sold in very good condition. I was disappointed with the deli though. I wanted some fresh bread and only stale bread was available. Who wants to buy stale bread. In my view bread should never be reduced because old bread is not very nice to eat.

Dear Dr Nelson-Owen, Many thanks for your recent visit and for offering your valuable feedback, We are sorry that there was no fresh bread when you visited last. We receive fresh bread everyday from a local bakery which must have all sold before your arrival. The discounted bread must have been the previous day's bread which we often discount which customers enjoy as toast or offer to the birds in their garden. . Thanks again for your feedback. We hope to see you again soon. Regards, Joe Aldworth

Have been a customer here since the days when a few plants were grown on a small plot by Mark and Christine. Lovely place to visit with your family or a friend. I love the treat on your ‘Birthday’ a pity that the treat still doesn’t include to ‘a friend’ as it was nice if you asked a friend to join you at this time, but still nice anyway. The new parking area is one of the best parking areas I have yet to see. Well done.
