On a positive the items I ordered are just what I want … perfect But .. the packaging was all damaged and thinking about it the price of £6.95 postage is a little steel as the parcel was small and very light

Delivery in good time. Unusual cherry red coloured ceramic pot, which is very hard to get hold of. 1 item of 2 arrived broken (not the pot).

Delivery performance was poor, they should consider changing courier company. Items apparently went to the wrong depot. Courier company messaged to say I should take this up with the vendor. What a hassle ! , why couldn't/didn't the courier company sort this out.

We were sent the wrong pots 30cm (tapered) as opposed to the 30cm cylinder. The black glazed pots are lovely, we just didn't get the shape we ordered.

Packing was way over the top for 2 saucers - I couldn’t believe the size of the boxes they came in.

The photograph on the web site showed an older version than the one received, I had ordered it thinking that meant you had old stock which was better. It came in a damaged package with its legs out the end of the cardboard.

Loved the product , ordered 8 , however only 7 arrived, they sent a replacement and it’s different, so currently disappointed. I have sent a photo of the replacement and am currently waiting to hear.

Good telephone system and packaging but plants not of good quality for the price. This is a second Kiku I have received from you. The first one last year was wrongly named (wrong colour bloom) and I think this one recently received is also not a Kiku.

Package arrived promptly, however, box was basically crushed by the courier. Courier didn't seem to think it was an issue. Might be worth looking into a new courier.
