“Found this garden centre purely by chance when I was searching for a particular hellebore. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Very pleased with the plant. Lovely healthy and in bloom with nothing broken off. Pretty good going if you know how brittle stemmed these plants can be.”

“A lovely place to visit. No pushy sales tactics but plenty of expert advice if you need it. Excellent products in all departments, and good food in the restaurant and tea room. The staff are helpful and friendly and it’s always a pleasure to go there. The Christmas shop is my favourite. A lot of care, energy and thought goes into it, and there is something for all budgets.”

“I received an email from the delivery company advising my package was damaged in transit. I emailed old railway line garden centre, not only did they reply very quickly but had a new item shipped that I received the next day. Excellent customer service and after care. “This is a great Garden Centre and once visited you can understand why it has won so many awards. Staff are friendly and really helpful, so much choice of item - the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because side of the slightly high prices but a fabulous place to visit”
