“Just amazing!!!!! Can’t praise them enough, did opt for Inpost delivery due to issues with Inpost not updating delivery details I contacted the Garden Centre who with no hesitation despatched a replacement pair by next day delivery. Would like to take this opportunity to thank them and wish other companies would be as committed to customer care”

“I still haven't received the product, it's been delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company, they sent a photograph to my phone as evidence of their delivery, it was not my address!!!!”

“Popped in here on our way home from Hay-on-Wye. Lovely choice of household and garden items. I saw a table runner I loved but left not buying it as my daughter became unwell. I called the centre and they found the item and helped me to purchase it. Fantastic help from staff.”

“I tried to get this at 2 local garden centres where I had previously bought 4 others, one of which subsequently died. Neither had any in stock. So I was pleased to get a healthy replacement from Old Railway Line Garden Centre. Well packed and arrived undamaged.”
