“Can't praise old Railway Line enough for their excellent customer service. There was a slight confusion with the wrong dress arriving last week, however I was called directly to rectify and my dress arrived today. They were so quick to contact me and sort it out and that makes a huge difference. Sometimes things do go wrong (we are all human after all) but their swift action and attention was next level. Thank you I will certainly be shopping with you again.”

“Love visiting the garden centre, always has a good selection of plants, which look healthy. I enjoy browsing the variety of items in store, including clothes and gifts. The cafe/restaurant is superb and always worth a visit.”

“My chosen roses arrived promptly, and were a very good price. They were well packaged, but the best bit of all … they are so healthy and lush looking! They are for the family of my recently deceased aunt, called Anne, hence the purchase. I’m sure that these roses will be a great, healthy, long lasting reminder of a much loved mother! Thank you!”

“I made an online enquiry about one of their products and received a phone call within 5 minutes from a very helpful member of staff. I placed an order. Received an email shortly afterwards to say my order had been dispatched. Order was received in good time and extremely well packaged. First class service throughout. “I have never used the company before and was looking for a rose with the name Ann to remember my partners late mother. They were advertising Whartons Anne’s Rose and her name was Ann Wharton so had to buy it. The company were very helpful and the plant arrived very healthy. I’m looking for another rose so would definitely use the company again.”

“Excellent garden centre. In the day we went we didn't realise it was an opening day, so it was busy. On entrance there were lots of staff but took a while to get to speak to a staff member as there was lots of chatting between them. That said, the restaurant offers really good food, the garden centre for plants, gifts and even food hall offers a good choice”
