“On-line ordering was smooth and straight forward. TORL Service was efficient and courteous when enquiring as to method of delivery, eg Royal Mail or other. Sadly Evri. It is the carrier/courier, Evri, that let the service down. No notification/update received from Evri regarding order/delivery status. Goods were left at front door. Ordered a Ginger & Black Panama foldable hat. The hat looks good, perfect. On first try the adjustable string channel came apart. That is a fault with the supplier/manufacturer, not TORL, whom I would use again.”
