“The garden pond I ordered on 8 May hasn't even turned up yet. Delivery was arranged for 15 May and I requested an afternooon slot. I got back early and waited in from 11am but it never showed up, nor did I get any messages to say when I could expect it. It's now the next day amd all I've had is an email asking me to review them. The only reason I've given them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they did at least phone me on 9 May. Not very impressive, but I hold out hope it will come next week. Otherwise, I'll have to ask for my £350 back.”

Hi Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the delivery of your pond. Due to the size and weight of the Bermuda Windermere pond, this was arranged via a specialist third-party kerbside pallet courier rather than a standard parcel service. We did discuss the delivery requirements with you by phone prior to dispatch and also responded to your email regarding the requested afternoon delivery slot and pallet removal. As advised, pallet deliveries operate on an all-day 9am–5pm service - we are unable ensure delivery is after a specific time on the day - and, while we can request pallet uplift from the courier, this unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Following this, we attempted to contact you again by telephone, as we were awaiting confirmation on whether you were still happy to proceed with the delivery under these conditions. As we have not yet been able to reach you, the pond has not currently been dispatched. We completely appreciate your eagerness to receive the pond and would be more than happy to arrange the delivery as soon as we hear back from you. Kind regards, Graham
