“Had the compost I wanted at a very good price but unfortunately delivered the wrong one so it had to go back. They were very good at sorting the problem out but it did mean a couple of weeks delay. A plus is that you can get through on the phone very easily.”

“The order process was good and the plant was dispatched promptly but the delivery time was longer than expected and because of this and the extremely hot weather the plant was a bit bedraggled and limp. We watered it and planted it. Hopefully it will recover.”

“I was a bit disappointed when I saw the box the roses were delivered in. I felt that 4 roses bushes in pots were crammed to fit one big box. I think I was just spoiled from how DAR usually send theirs. But when I opened the main box each individual rose was in their individual boxes, much more secure than another company, similar in box to DAR, where the pot was broken. Yours was boxed securely and snugly that when I opened the boxes, all the pots were intact. I love the fact that the flowers arrived in bloom. I am looking forward to getting more from this company in the future.”

“Very happy with the items purchased. However, the delivery was awful. Driver left the parcel on the front door . Didn't knock the door or ring the bell. Luckily I was home, he didn't know that.”
