“II specifically wanted "No Grow" Fat Balls which seem to have been out of stock for some time. When I saw them available at your site I ordered 2 boxes of 50. What arrived was Fat Snacks which are not No Grow. I will not try to order from you again. Delivery process wsa O.K.- shame about the wrong product”

“I searched every delicatessen and eatery in my location (Newcastle Upon Tyne) for these delightful snacks for my reading group. Eventually I searched online, and The Old Railway Line were the only suppliers who came up. I notice that a lot of suppliers indicated "Out of Stock" with no indication that they envisaged being in stock anytime soon. I hope this does not mean that this is a product that will not be available in the UK. However that turns out, I was extremely impressed with the swift delivery from The Old Railway Line Garden Centre, and so were my Reading Group members, to whom I related the story. Thank you for your excellent service! I seem to remember that I placed the order late in the afternoon of Day 1 and it was with me by 11:00 a.m. on Day 3. Hard to beat that!”
