“This company are wonderful. I ordered a plant pot and unfortunately it arrived broken. They were so helpful in ordering a replacement pot without issue and it arrived within a few days. The after service is 2nd to none and for this reason I do not hesitate to give them a 5 out of 5 review.”

“Ordered three garden pots on line. When I unpacked them, one was broken and two were the wrong colour. Phoned company and the person I spoke to was not interested. Have wasted £30.00 on postage plus the cost of the pots. Unfortunately I was unable to pay by PayPal so can’t claim money back. Once they have your money the company is not interested. I would be careful if you order on line.”

Hello Diane, We’re very sorry that one of the pots arrived damaged and that you were disappointed with your order. We refunded the damaged pot immediately and confirmed that it did not need to be returned. The other pots were supplied in accordance with the listing, which explains that a colour is selected at random when no preference is provided. However, as you were unhappy with the colour received, we still posted a prepaid return label and offered to arrange collection at our expense.
