“Ordered a cupressus Wilma online as had experienced issues from a competitor having received one with snapped tips. Ordered one through Old Railway Line and one arrived with snapped tips! Problem is that the packaging doesn’t extend to cover the whole shrub. Anyway Graham Lewis sorted it all out. Packaging changed and a replacement has now been received in perfect condition. Customer service at Old Railway Line is second to none. Well done!”

“I was a bit wary of ordering a ceramic birdbath online but I was unable to get it anywhere local. However, the parcels (one for the bowl, the other for the pedestal) were extremely well wrapped (by Luke) and arrived within a week of ordering (and there was a bank holiday weekend in between). The packaging was mostly recyclable too. Thank you!”
