“I have become a return customer at The Old Railway Line Garden. My reasons are, first and foremost, the high standard of customer care is just second to none. It is so good to know if I make an order, have a question or there's something out of stock, there is always someone to speak to and these lovely people also reach out to their customers if needed too. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Luke who is friendly and extremely helpful. The quality of product from this business is of a very high standard too, everything is packaged so well, delivered quickly and arrives in tact. I love the plethora of jams and preserves, I think I have tried almost all. The website is easy to manoeuvre from directions to basket to checkout and processing. This business ranks very high in my estimations and experiences on all levels. I am a very happy customer (now regular) because quality, affordability, customer care and delivery is a fully inclusive package at The Old Railway Line Garden Centre.”

“Excellent service, unfortunately the delivery company lost my item and you no longer had any left in stock and was reimbursed my costs. The delivery company eventually delivered the item approximately three weeks later. By this time I had managed to source the item from another supplier. Upon contacting your company I received a retuns label and returned the item.”

“Staff always helpful and knowledgeable. Garden centre always clean and tidy including the toilets. The offers via email are great and also the 'your birthday £5 voucher'. Improvements are always being made over the many years I've been visiting.”
