“Unfortunately, the wrong bulbs were despatched. However, when I told them they responded quickly, despatched the correct and item and said I could keep the item that was sent in error. Fantastic service !”

“It's a worrying business buying a fairly mature sapling, so I'd like to thank The Old Railway Line Garden Centre for making the business as painless as you did. I had it in my online basket for a few days, thinking it over and looking at other less expensive options (particularly in terms of the delivery cost), but in the end it was a really good purchase. Thank you for your patient responses to my three anxious phone calls - and here's the tree in its new location. Long may it be with us!”
