Order No 00500072828 £20 gift voucher for a Christmas present. I had problems loading the message online for this gift card when ordering it on Dec 9 th 2022. I spoke to Jack who made a note of the message, I also sent a covering e mail. It looks as if it may have been posted on Dec 12 th or Dec 16 th , both dates are shown on the envelope. Being aware of the disruption with Royal Mail I made sure to order this voucher in ample time for Christmas. It was very disappointing to receive the envelope containing the gift voucher during the afternoon of Dec 22 nd and that was only after asking our regular Postman if there was an identifiable envelope from yourselves awaiting delivery. This was too late to give to the recipients so, as yet, they have not received a Christmas gift from me. I wanted to bring this to your attention as whether the initial delay is with yourselves, only you would know. I look forward to receiving your comments on this matter.
