“Really helpful and fantastic customer service. I messed up my online order and put the wrong delivery address. Spoke to Luke and he sorted everything very quickly sending me an email to confirm. My tree arrived within 3 days. Very well packed and a beautifully healthy plant. Would recommend using them in a heartbeat”

“The big companies should take heed of the customer service given by the team at the old railway line garden centre. I placed an order online,two days later they called to say they were handling the order and they then gave me a choice of delivery dates. I was asked to call them on the delivery day so they could give me a better idea of the delivery time. I did , they called the courier and called me back with a two hour delivery slot. The items were delivered as said. Great customer service.”
