“I was particularly impressed with the care taken to pack and secure the fragile terracotta pot feet, particularly in view of the number I ordered. All arrived safely without any breakage. Many thanks.”

“Fantastic customer service!! I ordered something via Amazon and then discovered their website and decided I wanted to order something else as well. I called them up and they were happy to put my second item into the first item’s parcel to save me paying delivery twice. So nice to actually speak to a person when you call up, and very grateful that they were so accommodating. Thank you! Items arrived quickly and very well packaged.”
