“Brilliant service from start to finish! It has been a pleasure to deal with Old Railway Line. The website ordering system was easy to use and Graham rang after the order was placed to check things through - the perfect blend of online excellence and good personal customer service. The pond was for my 81 year old Dad. A team of two delivered it to the door and were outstanding with their help and support. My Dad is absolutely chuffed with the team who brought it and the quality of the product.”

“I was a little nervous about ordering a rose bush online, however, I needn't have worried. I was so very pleased with the customer service, speed of delivery and the condition of the rose. Special thanks to Olivia, who packaged the bush wonderfully, ensuring that it arrived to me in perfect condition, without any damage whatsoever. This was a gift for my mum in memory of her sister and she was so pleased when she received this lovely rose. Top notch in every way. Thank you.”

“I received the potatoes from you in very good time however the potatoes were in very poor condition. They were very dehydrated and withered I am sorry to say I don’t expect them to grow very well. I will not be buying from you again I am sorry to say. I will put this one down to experience.”
