“Spoke to their on line service manager. He was efficient and was able to tell me that they had run out of saucers of all sizes. All in all other than the broken saucer ( for which i would recommend them employing a different carrier as their courier service is quite expensive and not careful) my overall experience was good.”

“After much searching I found ORLGC supplied good size potted Nicotiana, having been unable to find any plants in my area. They are a favourite of mine for perfume in summer evenings but I never was able to find the tall variety which I had seen in gardens down south. Anyway, they arrived last week and the parcel didn't look at all like it contained plants!! However, and I should have photographed it really, each plant, in its pot, was held in a custom made cardboard tube of maybe 5 inch or more diameter. The tubes were then protected from each other by a buffer layer and then both tubes were, and with more protection, placed in a strong cardboard box, securely taped and arrived totally undamaged externally and internally. As an online seller myself, over many years , I so appreciated the care and effort that went into my package. I'm also delighted with the quality of the plants. Thank you sooooo much.”

“We loved the Old Railway Line Garden Centre and it had everything we'd been looking for elsewhere. We'd come from Bristol to collect a large pot I could no longer get locally and so we made it into a day trip! From phoning to ask for the pot to be put aside to collecting ot the staff were brilliant. Even though it's quite a drive, we'll definitely be coming back.”

“I needed to replace one of my bird solar lights which had got damaged as a result of high winds it took me a while to remember where I had initially bought them . When I phoned in my order dispatch followed very quickly and the item was here within three days which was excellent service.”
