“As requested by you here is my review.... I ordered a plant online, paid for it and then was informed that due to errors with your IT system you didn't actually have the plant in stock. To be fair to you, I was informed very quickly and the refund processed with no issue, hence the 2 star review rather than a one.”

“Ordered 2 sets of battery garden lights 1 set did not work emailed company regarding a return for replacement still awaiting a reply this has been over a week now very poor after care service !!!”

Dear Stella, We were sorry to hear you had trouble with one of the packs of lights you received from us. We replied to your query the same day you informed us of the issue however did not receive a reply, it is apparent that our email may have gone into your 'spam/junk' file which may have caused the communication breakdown. Following our conversation over the phone, we will dispatch a replacement set of lights to you which we will test prior to dispatch to ensure they work correctly. “The carriers managed to smash the glacéd pot I had ordered. I in formed the old railway line gardens on a Thursday,sending them photos of the damage. Imagine my surprise come Tuesday I had a replacement pot. WELLDONE an excellent service and be assured I will be using them again and passing on a recommendation to all who would listen. Once more thank you for this great service. Susan Ager”

Good afternoon, I am sorry to see you have left us a 1-star review regarding your order. We have sent numerous replies to each of your emails however it is apparent you are not receiving the emails, they may be going directly into your 'junk folder'. Your order of a pot was originally held due to us noticing a chip on the rim, as this was the last one available, we emailed you images and offered discount due to the small imperfection if you still wanted to receive it. As we did not receive a reply to our email, your order was then refunded in full on the 22nd July. We are hoping you are able to see this reply to understand we have tried to contact you regarding your order numerous times and are not a scam site. “I ordered a water feature online. This was followed up a few hours later with a confirmation telephone call, and telling me my day of delivery. On the day of delivery I rang back and was given my appropriate drop off time. Service was first class, thank you.”
