“The plants were good. However I bought exactly the same plants from elsewhere at exactly the same time (both wrapped the same way)and the others were slightly better quality but I would definitely buy from Old Railway Line again. Happy enough.”

“Package arrived promptly, however, box was basically crushed by the courier. Courier didn't seem to think it was an issue. Might be worth looking into a new courier.”

“Paper flower arrived in a box too small therefore bashed/ damaged turns out it was ex display, offered £5 discount. Had to ring to request full refund and the £6 postage as they agreed it was no good to them either. Very disappointing”

“I had ordered and paid for a quicker delivery due to Easter holidays . A very pleasant staff member rang me to say it may take a bit longer , giving me the option to cancel if this didn't suit . I explained it was for birthday gift and would hope it arrived before that and kept the order . I was told they would do their best to get it to the courriers in good time . I'm so pleased to say that the order arrived two days before the birthday was parcelled very well and the couriers followed my delivery option . Very satisfied from ordering to receiving . Thank you”
