“I ordered an Alexander Rose Tilt and Crank Parasol from The Old Railway Line Garden Centre, because it was the cheapest I could find. Even when I added on the delivery charge, it still worked out cheaper than from anywhere else. The parasol arrived in excellent condition, and we are very pleased with it.”

“Ordered two David Austin roses which arrived very quickly and well packaged ensuring the plants arrived in a good condition. The plants were transported carefully by the courier and both plants are now in the ground and doing well. Thank you.”

“The rose arrived (finally but probably due to issues on Islay), it was packaged in a much too small box - Direct from David Austin the packaging is wonderful. The rose was bent and broken due to the packaging and is now looking very poorly indeed.”
