“The item purchased was very good quality and good value, excellent service from yourselves with regular delivery updates. The only thing that let the experience down slightly was the delivery. Although I appreciate that this is out of your hands it is still a big part of the buying experience. The problem was that the pallet that the items came on was huge and it should have been a 2 man delivery.The delivery driver was brilliant and I felt really sorry for him trying to remove this pallet, which had obviously been side loaded with a fork lift truck, the driver managed to get his pallet truck in to turn it but it was too wide to get it onto the tailgateThe only solution was to split the load and manhandle the items physically from the lorry. As I had just come out of hospital I could not do any lifting so I had to beg favours from my neighbours to help us unload some of the items. The table with the glass top was so heavy it took 4 people to get it off the lorry. The driver should never have been sent out on his own with a load of this weight. As I said the driver was brilliant but should have never been put into this situation.”

“Placed an order online for my willow trees as with anything that you buy online you worry about it being damaged when it arrives. Arrived well packaged I could see time had been taken to pack them. Well pleased and hope to deal with you soon thanks again.”

“Quick service , have ordered twice now from the old railway garden centre. The second time there was an unexpected delay. Instead of just sending later they rang to explain and ask if ok and still wanted. Really helpfu team, excellent customer service would definitely use again”
