“I had ordered and paid for a quicker delivery due to Easter holidays . A very pleasant staff member rang me to say it may take a bit longer , giving me the option to cancel if this didn't suit . I explained it was for birthday gift and would hope it arrived before that and kept the order . I was told they would do their best to get it to the courriers in good time . I'm so pleased to say that the order arrived two days before the birthday was parcelled very well and the couriers followed my delivery option . Very satisfied from ordering to receiving . Thank you”

“I visited you several times whilst on holiday,I can honestly say the staff,quality of plants are fantastic.Never been to such a well stocked garden center.Made my holiday.The online delivery I did which I kept adding to whilst I was there was fantastic.”

“The three plants ordered arrived promptly but unfortunately the two plants packed together arrived later due to delivery error. It would be an improvement if plants were packed separately in proper plant boxes ie as david austin roses do as your delivery cost is quite high. However overall pleased with the plants purchased. Thank you.”
