“Despatched on line order quickly. Kept in touch when there was a problem with the courier. The delay was caused by damaged packaging, which the courier had to investigate but the incredible attention to detail of the inner packaging protected the items. So the question re the slow delivery was not down to the old railway line garden centre. The most inspirational and amazing packaging process for a fragile product. Above and beyond what was expected. Competitive pricing too.”
