“Good price. Delivery as promised. I even had a personal phone call to warn me that one of the places I had asked for a delivery would take a little longer. It's obvious that you are dealing with a small business who care rather than a faceless internet firm.”

“The garden centre were especially helpful in ordering the terracotta pots. They contacted me to explain that there were very small chips to the base of two pots ( sending images to show the extent) and explained that if I was happy to continue with the order then they would further reduce the price of the affected items. Delivery options were offered and adhered to and pots received in perfect condition. Overall, a shining example of excellent customer service.”

“Really helpful and fantastic customer service. I messed up my online order and put the wrong delivery address. Spoke to Luke and he sorted everything very quickly sending me an email to confirm. My tree arrived within 3 days. Very well packed and a beautifully healthy plant. Would recommend using them in a heartbeat”
