“Excellent and speedy service”

“Ernest arrived in perfect condition beautifully packed. He is a twin to Eric who I have had for several years but is made out of porcelain, so very fragile. Ernest will be going, as a gift, to my local second- hand book shop, where he will be keeping a sharp lookout for straying customers. Thank you all very much, he will be much appreciated and I wish you all the very best over the coming year.”

“The box they arrived in was slightly squashed, luckily no damage to plugs, recommend using stronger boxes for plants and also attach a LIVE PLANT sticker.”
