“We can't make the time you have for childerns event, our grandson lives in Merthyr by the time we get him sorted and come down the event have finished . We emailed and phone to check . So we ordered the paint pot on line and came down next day to pick it up, Sadley you had run out of dinosaurs. While we were there we found spaceship rocket sprinkler ,but when we got home we can't find small connecter to fit the hose pipe and you only keep the large ones.please let us know if you get the connector in . We always enjoy our visit been coming there for a long time ,the work you have completed to improve the garden Center is a credit to you all”

“I had not been able to access the post box as the code didn't work. Instead of contacting the company directly I put the concern as a reply to one of their messages. I sent it again on the back of another message sent. So I found the email and replied directly and I was anxious and fraught as l wanted the items but was expecting problems. The reply was so helpful, kind and civil I was shocked but so delighted They gave me two options, have a refund or they would resend the items. I wasn't made to feel stupid and I wasn't kept waiting I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in future The items and postage well well priced Thanks so much”
