“Delivery company let me down. However, as soon as I contacted Old Railway Line Garden Centre they raised a complaint and it arrived 2 days later. They are an excellent company to deal with .”

“Having placed an order after talking to Graham from the on-line order team, I was delighted by the response and cooperation from everyone I spoke to during my purchase. Had a minor problem with one of the items being damaged in transit but it was resolved quickly and everyone was enthusiastic and keen to help. Great service .”

“I contacted the old railway line garden Centre about the remote control and they were extremely helpful. I think they would’ve got me a replacement, but after I’d the app on my phone, I let them know. I didn’t need it. I really don’t think a replacement remotewould’ve been any better than the original one as the face of it was just cardboard. However, the customer service is second to none.”
