“Within 2 days my mole was identified as atypical - and within a couple of weeks it was removed. I'm awaiting results from tests, but am currently feeling very glad that I visited the mole clinic!”

“The nurse was delightful , thorough and gave me confidence . As I have been coming for several years you have the history of all my moles . Now that a plastic surgeon works on the premises a couple of days a week is a real added facility.”

“No complaint about the consultation itself and the service provided at that time, which was very thorough. However, I was very concerned about the accuracy, clarity and language of the follow-up report and covering letter. In my case these both seemed to indicate that further treatment was necessary (even though this was not mentioned during the consultation) and when I questioned the clinic about it I was advised that there is no further treatment required; the report and letter were auto generated "standard" documents. I was alarmed unnecessarily by this misrepresentation in the follow up report and therefore my overall experience was not as good as I would have hoped.”

“The reception staff are very helpful and organised. The Specialist Nurses are efficient and appear to be very experienced in their work. The report was very prompt in being emailed to me. A very easy to use, efficient, knowledgable & reassuring clinic.”

“The whole experience was reassuring and professionally conducted. The examining nurse was very efficient and pleasant. Everything was fully explained and all subsequent processes happened as described. Well worth doing.”

“I have been worried about the moles on my body for several years but each time I went to my Doctor I was always told they were fine but I never felt happy with this diagnosis . I decided I needed peace of mind and had a check up at the mole Clinic. It was the best thing I could have done, as screening nurse Rebecca Maxwell found three potential skin cancers on me. two on the face, and one on Chest. I can not thank her enough, as I have know been refered to a skin specialist at my local hospital.”

“A friendly service which is professional and efficient. If, like me, you misspent many years of your youth basting in every availability ray of sunlight, then you will appreciate the careful examination of the highly trained nurses. I regret my sunbathing days but this is something I can do to ensure that any serious damage is diagnosed in time.”
