“Easy to make an appointment and pay in advance. Completed a pre- appointment medical form online and reminders received. During the appointment I was given every opportunity to ask questions and I felt every area of my skin was closely examined including the soles of my feet and behind my ears. I could have chosen to pay to have one mole sent off to a specialist but I had indicated that anything found I would ask my own GP and be referred without additional payment. This in no way affected anything in the appointment. I came away feeling confident and pleased with the attention I'd been given.”

Everything was clearly explained, and the full report arrived amazingly quickly, with a telephone call to discuss the results.
