“They noticed something unusual on my back during a routine appointment, and gave me all of the information necessary for my GP. It was eventually diagnosed as a BCC and was removed quickly. There is no way I could see that myself so I'm very glad that I went to the clinic. I go every year and it's worth every penny.”

“Having had a melanoma recently, I need to keep a close eye on my moles. Mole clinic provides a Fantastic and reassuring service. The nurse C C was brilliant. Will be a regular customer.”

“The service was very good and the nurse was very informative, friendly and thorough. However it was not made clear to me that the images taken of two moles would cost an additional £35 each. I am sure it was explained in the small print, but it would have been nice for the nurse to clarify to ensure there were no surprises. The way the extra service was carried out made me suspect that it was not actually required, but just to make more money. Even the receptionist looked like she was expecting me to be shocked! I hope this was not the case, and despite this I was happy with the service I received.”

“I was really impressed with the service at the mole clinic, was seen on time by a lovely and very knowledgeable nurse scully who did a thorough screening of my moles and was very reassuring. I had the mole check and thought it was good value for money as the G.Ps don't have the time to check every mole thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“I was seen on-time. The nurse was very helpful in explaining the nature of moles and similar skin conditions, always offering the chance to ask questions. The mole check itself was very thorough and various different things on my skin were pointed out and explained. Two problematic moles were pointed out and the necessary action explained in a straightforward and undramatic way, with no steering towards the Mole Clinic's services instead of the NHS. One thing that I knew about was the extra charge for Telederm photos to be taken (£35 per picture, a discount of 30% when you have them done during a mole check ), but I failed to appreciate when the nurse said that she would need to take pictures of the problem moles that this was what was required. I was a bit unprepared for the extra charge at reception (£60 for the two images). However, getting the pictures done resulted in a very thorough report that I was able to give to my GP and get an immediate referral to a specialist, and I would have paid for them anyway so not the end of the world. Overall a very good service.”
