“I am impressed by the service and efficiency at The Mole Clinic. Your practitioner - Rebecca Maxwell, in this case - was friendly and considerate in her dealings with me, and clear in her instructions and explanations. The lady at reception (Iwona?) was also very helpful. Thank you”

“I attended the clinic to have my moles checked. I saw the specialist Nurse, she gave me her expert appointment and was very helpful in how I should manage them. I was very happy with the diagnoses”

“The online booking service is very convienent and all staff members are friendly. It can be a little daunting having a full body examination where you do need to be partially undressed, however, the staff are always professional and make you feel at ease. I do recommend this service.”

“Really lovely specialist, was very informative and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Only thing I would say was that there was no mention of added cost if pic of mole is sent for additional check. Only realised that when I got told at reception and would have preferred to have known what the options were upfront.”

“A friend who had a "problematic" mole suggested that I got what I thought was a rather large freckle checked out so I went to the Mole Clinic to get it checked out. I was closely examined all over and the "large freckle" turned out by be a harmless seborrhoeic keratosis. Booked online. Worth having the experts check you out of you have any concerns”

“The nurse took all the time that was needed to answer all my queries in a reassuring manner, without the apparent rushed-through approach one comes across in most other clinics and hospitals. The Mole Clinic provides a friendly and professional service at the same time. The comprehensive take-home literature to keep up-to-date with the various types of possible skin ailments was also appreciated. One can find everything online, of course, but it is good to know what to look for in the first place.”
