“This is the third load of wood from Luxury Wood. Whilst the ash was dry and delivery very good I notice the sizes of logs are smaller. I would say 40% very small and some almost kindling. Even the bigger logs are smaller than previous loads. hence 3 out of 5 this time.”

“Very impressed with how the wood is delivered, seasoned and stacked . I love the way the pallet it’s on and frame is used as it’s all burnable. It’s like posh fire wood but actually well priced. The stacked wood comes all sealed with cling film to prevent moisture”

“Received delivery of my order and I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the oak timber sleepers and posts. My cutting list details were double checked by Vesi (measure twice, cut once), I received a phone call a couple of days before delivery and another one twenty minutes before the drop. The delivery driver was extremely helpful, placing the load behind my hedge out of sight to passers by. I have used Luxury Wood before for firewood and but this is the first time I have ordered timber from them. I thoroughly recommend them.”

“I am very disappointed in the quality of the last delivery of ash I received, the logs in general were of a very small size approximately 50 to 70 mm. in diameter. Usually the quality and size of the logs is very good but not this time. If necessary I can forward pictures.”
