“Good quality wood - dry despite being in nets which I prefer to plastic. Previous order was damp so did not use for a while. Glad I came back to luxury wood”

“Your driver was very very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. I was away so you can imagine how pleased I was to hear this. The wood looks great and I was extremely thankful for the starter fuel packs. My wife thinks the drivers name was Keith , please pass on our thanks”

“I can't fault the product - good quality. However I got let down twice on delivery, so my only recommendation is to get the delivery company to state an am or pm delivery time. Apart from that - spot on.”

“Great service, great wood. We have had a large crate of ash for the last 3 winters. The wood is dense and slow burning giving off plenty of heat. The logs are the perfect size for our log burner.”

“This was my third order with The Luxury Wood Company. Every time I have found the customer service excellent. The bio logs I wanted to order were actually out of stock on the website, but on checking, the customer service advised me they were due in later that day. I also got an email advising stock was now available. The delivery driver is the best! Calling to advise arrival time and so helpful at getting the pallet delivered into the driveway. The bio logs are fantastic. We find them excellent burning in our multi-fuel stove. They are so clean and they last a long time. Would highly recommend them.”
