“I recently purchased a 3.6m lean to pergola, and cannot praise the company enough. Communication was excellent, with questions answered rapidly. The product itself is of a very high quality, and extremely easy to construct as long as you follow the comprehensive instructions provided. “Wood (70 nets on a pallet) delivered on schedule by helpful driver. It’s lovely wood - this is the fifth year I’ve bought it. But might I suggest stronger pallets - last year the pallet broke as the wood was being unloaded on the lorry tailgate, which caused real problems (nets of wood all over the road), and this year it was seriously bowed under the weight of the wood, which made it very difficult for the driver to insert the prongs of his ‘lifter’.”

“I have used LWC for about 3 years and their kiln dried logs make excellent fuel for our wood burner. The pallets are delivered efficiently and contain a large quantity of well stacked wood. The plastic encasing the last delivery did have a puncture in the top so rain soaked in a little but the pallet was soon emptied and all's good.”

“Just bought another full crate of Ash logs. The logs are just the right size for my wood burner, they are dry and really do burn well. The delivery is usually very prompt and the crate makes for very good kindling. Overall good value for money and very pleased.”

“Have used Luxury Wood Company for many years, wood is of consistent quality, very clean with many suppliers of wood you find that once you get inside the load it is full of small odd shapes, The Luxury wood pallets are the same quality all the way through. Highly recommended”

“Good company but on all of our orders to you the pallets you use are sub standard which make it difficult to manoeuvre from the wagon to the storage site!!!”

“The product and service are excellent. However, delivery of the kiln-dried logs is only on pallets and pallet truck, making it impossible to manoeuvre from the roadside onto my gravel drive. The last load that I had delivered was tipped over as the driver tried to turn the pallet truck too sharply and the logs spilled onto the road and my garden.”
