“Easy ordering on phone, the person who took the call was quick, polite and most capable, looked up my previous purchases when requested so i could order what i required. Delivery was when we expected and we received the call telling us when the delivery would take place. 5 out of 5”

“it was the third time we had the wood delivered by Luxury Wood Company and by comparison I would say that the quality has changed as the oak logs that we have received this time were of a smaller size that previously (shorter logs, narrower, smaller is dimensions), and definitely not packed carefully enough to fill up the whole crate that way that would maximise the space and give the best value for it. Therefore I do not think therefore that I will repeat my order next season and try another company instead.”

“Overall quite pleased with these. Moisture content was low as advertised. Some logs rather large but manageable. fair value. Ordered Ash and load was NOT 100% ash. Palletise well and good delivery. driver phoned to check if we were in.”

“I recently purchased a 3.6m lean to pergola, and cannot praise the company enough. Communication was excellent, with questions answered rapidly. “Wood (70 nets on a pallet) delivered on schedule by helpful driver. It’s lovely wood - this is the fifth year I’ve bought it. But might I suggest stronger pallets - last year the pallet broke as the wood was being unloaded on the lorry tailgate, which caused real problems (nets of wood all over the road), and this year it was seriously bowed under the weight of the wood, which made it very difficult for the driver to insert the prongs of his ‘lifter’.”

“I have used LWC for about 3 years and their kiln dried logs make excellent fuel for our wood burner. The pallets are delivered efficiently and contain a large quantity of well stacked wood. The plastic encasing the last delivery did have a puncture in the top so rain soaked in a little but the pallet was soon emptied and all's good.”
