“Second delivery of Logs from here! Just a bit disappointed with this delivery as didn’t get a Phonecall advising when they were arriving and also Pallet packaging damaged and Logs disturbed! Overall the Logs are very good quality and will probably order again!”

“The timber was fine but was more defects and warping than I thought there would be for the price. I have built a hopefully long lasting composting bins and the rest is for raised beds in our vegetable garden, so warping not that critical. Could do with a more accurate delivery date at time of ordering! Lorry driver was great!”

“Order process was simple but delivery was complicated. The driver refused to bring the pallet down to our driveway and left it at the top of the road... we had to bring it down by wheelbarrow. I know it says kerbside delivery... but this was ridiculous., we have had several other large items delivered to our driveway no problem - soil, gravel, cement, skips... This also meant that instead of having the logs neatly contained in the crate for easy storage we have had to re stack it in our garage.”

“Luxury wood were a very good company to deal with, fast delivery, decent communication and the delivery driver was excellent and accommodating. I think a little more notice of delivery day would be the only improvement I could make, but then again I am notoriously bad at answering the phone.”

“Early days but the quality of the logs supplied seems very good and for our stoves seems a better fit then the seasoned logs we have use for many years. Delivery was an issue as we have a gravel drive and the delivery lorry dropped off at our entrance and so a long haul to the wood store, a few hours exercise.”
