“This is the first time I have purchased logs from yourselves and, I have to say from placing the order down to the delivery everything was excellent. The oak kiln dried logs are fantastic. Most definitely will be using them again when I need to replenish the stock. Please keep it up.”

“Dear Company, I am very impressed with the company I am very impressed with the quality of the wood and the date of delivery except, the young driver dropped the whole load of wood narrowly missing people and cars, if you are on whats app I will send you a picture, I don't know how to send it on the internet, Thank you, Marion Baker”

“excellent product, every piece was oak, no substitutes or offcuts, a variety of sizes making the large oak crate very useable you don't always want a large log late at night, very easy to do business with prompt delivery, and very competitive on price. I have used this company for several years now and have never been disappointed, I would recommended them always”

“We bought the large crate thinking it would save stacking the wood from a bulk bag however it didn’t work out as the delivery driver wouldn’t come into the drive so we had to carry a large crate of wood up from the drive as they left it on the roadside at 7:30am! Not only was that a huge disappointment as it was the main reason we purchased from this company, the wood doesn’t appear to burn very well. It keeps burning out and large charred logs are left in the log burner. Logs I’ve previously bought elsewhere burn to the finest ash. Quite disappointed and won’t be ordering again for a number of reasons.”

“Lovely clean well dried wood that burns easily and clean with little charcoal left over. Only issue is the business partner they use to deliver in the West Country who seemed to think it was ok not to delivery when they had told me they would only to rebook and then try to re-cancel at the last minute. Luxury Wood Co refunded the delivery charge when I told them so 10/10 for customer service.”
