“Nicely packed dry wood but too much is closer to kindling than logs. Having used other suppliers in the past, I don’t think I will return as a customer as this does not meet my requirements for logs”

“Pleasant and efficient in dealing with my order including delivery. Unfortunately the delivery driver toppled the pallet of hardwood logs from the tail lift onto the garage floor causing many to burst. The pallet did not seem very stable and I think he did his best after only three weeks in the job. He also helped to stack them after the accident. Although these hardwood logs do last well they create an amazing amount of ash and dust. They could be packed in better quality wrapping.”

“This is the third year I have bought logs from The Luxury Wood Company and the reasons I keep using them are simple - good quality dry logs, competitively priced, well packed and delivered when they say they will be delivered. I bought some oak logs locally this year and whilst the price looked attractive when I got them in the log store I realised that the quantity wasn't as much as it looked when they were spread out over my drive. Also because they are oak and not kiln dried they don't burn as cleanly and require the addition of some dry ash to get going properly. I will not make the same mistake again and from now on I will only purchase kiln dried logs from The Luxury Wood Company.”

“Wood very good, however delivery far from satisfactory, forced to help offload 70 bags from lorry by hand as the pallet was last on the lorry and the driver couldn’t reverse the pallet off. Not sure I’d order again even though the wood was top quality.”

“Really impressed with quality of wood, this was echoed when I had my burner serviced and the sweep commented that I had been burning good quality wood. Always packaged to high standard and I like that you are happy to deliver even if I am not home. Excellent service!”
