“I bought the large crate of Birch logs. If your considering this purchase, you need to check the dimensions of the crate as the girl they use in the add must be very short. Also the pallet is not square as per a standard pallet it has the same width but is not as deep. The birch logs are not very thick so they burn through quite quickly. This is probably due to the type of wood though.”

“Really pleased, burns well, great size. Overall seems good value for the money as heat generated from a few logs lasts ages. Would definitely consider buying again as moisture levels appear as described.”

“Very good customer service. The delivery company, is as they are called, First class efficient and helpful. Quality of the logs is very good, although for my needs(a small fire place) quite a few of the logs are too large and I am having to get them chopped. All in all I have and will continue to recommend The Luxury Wood Company”

“Lot of small pieces, this is our second order, the first also had a lot of what I would classify as kindling. We assumed that we were unlucky with the first load, two strikes and you are out. The logs where delivered on a lorry with a maximum tailgate load of 500kg, the logs weighed 600kg. We had to help to manually off load a minimum of 100kg. Just not good enough.”

“Wood was ok but delivery was not prearranged. I asked for a call to arrange convenient delivery time, but instead I got a call when the truck was on the way - just as I was leaving for work. Following initial review they came back to me and offered to make it up.”

“I have had logs from your company previously and been very happy with the size and quality. This time the logs are very small, some so small it is almost like kindling. Really disappoint as people have commented in the past about the quality of wood in our basket st Home. At least 3 friends have used the luxury wood company on our recommendation.”

“Odering, delivery and packaging of my pallet of hard wood ash was excellent. Reason for 3 stars was that not all the wood was ash. Update 12/01/18 Offering excellent service when all goes to plan is the easy bit. Offering excellent service when things go wrong is not so easy. Luxury wood dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently and provided excellent after sales service. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to order again.”
