“My order of kiln dried birch arrived on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. The delivery agent phoned me the day before to check I would be ready to take delivery which was helpful. The wood appears to be good and dry but I have not used it yet.”

“Logs are great. I would have given 5 stars but the service is let down by the delivery. We are used to being given a time-slot or the opportunity to track the driver. "Sometime tomorrow" is not really good enough nowadays and we do need to be at home in order to direct the driver when he arrives; and to put the logs away.”

“Good quality wood as always, delivery company not so good no contact just turned up unannounced one day but fortunately someone at home. You should look after your regular customers I’ve ordered at least five years on the trot and never been offered a loyalty discount for frequent purchases 🤔🤔”

“I have not used the birch logs yet, so cannot comment on performance. There are a number of logs that are far too big to go in my wood burner. I am fortunate that a neighbour has a bigger fire box, so can exchange. Delivery was much better as driver was able to wheel them up drive to my door.”

“After a few annual purchases I can say the product is consistent and of good quality. I have never had an issue with ordering or with the end product. The delivery firm are friendly and were respectful of my property. They were able to place the crate exactly where I wanted it on every occasion. All in in took about an elapsed week from order to delivery. The only criticism I have is with delivery updates. I was not able to work out how to contact the Pallex team to find out what date they were planning to deliver. They were supposed to contact me to "Book it in" but that never happened.”
