“We’ll packaged and promptly delivered. The wood is dry enough to burn without kindling using only a couple of firefighters. I buy from here every year.”

“After a few annual purchases I can say the product is consistent and of good quality. I have never had an issue with ordering or with the end product. The delivery firm are friendly and were respectful of my property. They were able to place the crate exactly where I wanted it on every occasion. All in in took about an elapsed week from order to delivery. The only criticism I have is with delivery updates. I was not able to work out how to contact the Pallex team to find out what date they were planning to deliver. They were supposed to contact me to "Book it in" but that never happened.”
