“Absolutely fantastic service . Ben at customer service was so helpful . I ordered a Moses basket but the stand was on pre order. My only issue was I wasn’t notified on purchase as to when the item would be arriving. The item arrived sooner than expected which was great However, an email from The Little Green Sheep advising me off despatch would have been greatly appreciated . The basket itself is gorgeous and very good quality .”

“I ordered a Moses basket mattress to fit my Moses basket of 35 years and the sizing was exactly as stated and a perfect fit. My order did not arrive by courier so I phoned up and the staff immediately ordered another mattress and sent it by a different courier and they would sort out what happened to the first parcel. The second parcel arrived the next day.”

“Delivery was late (it claimed to be "next day delivery", which was one of the reasons we ordered from this company) and a screw was missing to assemble the stand. While the customer service managed to get me the screws delivered in the end, we couldn't use the product for days compared to when we were expecting it. Disappointing given the price we pay, and they didn't offer any form of compensation...”

“I ordered from the United States and everything went smoothly. International shipping was prompt (about 7 days as in the description) and communication with the store about tracking was responsive. “My original order didn’t arrive, I received an email saying it would be late but arrive in 3 days from email. It didn’t arrive so I emailed to find out where it was. Basically there were several emails back and forth, your representative said she’d resend the order, which I agreed. But she kept emailing back asking different questions and by the time it was resent one of my items was out of stock and it didn’t arrive in time for me to give to my visiting daughter. Therefore I will have to try to visit her asap with the gift, but she’s a two hour drive away. I like the products but would be reluctant to order anything else, even though I’ve seen something else I would like to order.”

“Furstrated that my order got cancelled after payment was received and processed, and not receiving any notifactions about it. And receiving less money than what I paid. I would like to get someone to help me get this sorted! I bough the product (Twist natural matress) with a non-U.K credit card (Visa); which I have used for every and any transaction I've make in the U.K, without problems, for years now. I did receive a refund, but received less than what I paid, because of conversion rate??? I have never had that happened before - customer service said "due to exchange rate fluctuation this is something that can occur and is unfortunately outside of our control." and I do not think that is a proper answer or correct; every time I have had money refund from other businesses they have return the same amount I paid them - in U.S Dollars. Management, could you please address this and reach out? I had to go to Jogn Lewis to buy the exact same mattress, and I even saw it at a lower price than your website... ??”

“I recently bought the Moses basket bundle with rocking base. The bundle looks beautiful, however seems poorly made. When assembling the base the pilot holes don’t appear to be the correct size for the screws provided, making the wood squeak horribly and sounding like it might snap. There were also unfortunately screws missing from the order. It was far more difficult than anticipated to put together, however it does seem sturdy now built.”
