Delivery was late (it claimed to be "next day delivery", which was one of the reasons we ordered from this company) and a screw was missing to assemble the stand. While the customer service managed to get me the screws delivered in the end, we couldn't use the product for days compared to when we were expecting it. Disappointing given the price we pay, and they didn't offer any form of compensation...
