“Lovely quality Moses Basket, and rocking stand was fairly easy to put together. I'd maybe just suggest changing your delivery wording, as I was initially shown "Next Working Day" when I ordered, which then became 1-2 Working Days according to the Confirmation Email, and it actually showed up on the 3rd Working Day. Not a big deal as we weren't in a hurry for the product, but it was just a bit confusing. Think you'd be fine to say 3-5 Working Days and no-one would bat an eye.”

“I called the helpline and a very rude and unhelpful customer service person refused to honor a discount and gave me false information about the product I was purchasing. Thankfully this was later resolved promptly following an email. But that initial phone call means I will likely stop being a customer :(”

“I bought the sheets on behalf of my daughter in laws for my new grandson. The product itself seems fine, but the lack of communication was disconcerting. Not living near them I had no idea it had been delivered. Nothing to say dispatches or received. Found that strange”

“I ordered a cotbed pillow and duvet for my two and a half year old son. He really likes both but we haven’t had a chance to properly try out the duvet because it’s been over 21C in his room in the last week. The temperature is back down this week so we’ll get to try it out! Lovely quality though!”

“Ordered Wednesday evening. Next day delivery promised, expected Friday. Product hadn’t even been shipped. Made contact and fobbed off. Called again on Monday, still hadn’t been shipped. This time the contact advisor dealt with it properly and had it sent next day. Poor customer service but Good product.”

“The material quality of the Moses Basket Rocking Stand is excellent, reflecting a high standard appropriate for its price. However, the assembly process was disappointing. The pre-drilled holes were too tight for the dowelling rods, requiring excessive force. The instruction manual was unclear, with crucial steps involving straps only shown in the final diagrams. Additionally, some screws did not fully tighten, compromising stability. While the stand looks great and is made of durable materials, the challenging assembly process makes it less than ideal for the price.”

“I made an online purchase of cot mattress, protector, and sheets for my new granddaughter. They were described as 'perfect' by my son when they arrived. As a new customer I was offered 10% discount. This wasn't taken off the total at checkout, but I hadn't read the small print which said 'bundles' weren't discountable, although the single sheet purchased should have been. When I phoned to query this, the very helpful advisor explained my mistake and did give me the discount.”
