“Second child and I ordered my natural mattress here again. This time for my carrycot. Was impossible to find a similar product at this quality and custom measurements elsewhere. Quality and price are unbeatable. So grateful you ship to Australia as we cannot find anything like it around here. And shipping was super fast as well. The natural baby mattress again fit perfectly and have the right hardness for baby plus a subtle soft padding to make little one feel comfortable. Would always buy again”

“The teepee is unsafe, and collapsed on my child (thankfully they’re ok). The poles did not fit together securely and it easily fell down. Customer services are providing a refund but it’s taken over a week to get the product collected.”

“Absolutely fantastic service . Ben at customer service was so helpful . I ordered a Moses basket but the stand was on pre order. My only issue was I wasn’t notified on purchase as to when the item would be arriving. The item arrived sooner than expected which was great However, an email from The Little Green Sheep advising me off despatch would have been greatly appreciated . The basket itself is gorgeous and very good quality .”

“I ordered a Moses basket mattress to fit my Moses basket of 35 years and the sizing was exactly as stated and a perfect fit. My order did not arrive by courier so I phoned up and the staff immediately ordered another mattress and sent it by a different courier and they would sort out what happened to the first parcel. The second parcel arrived the next day.”

“Delivery was late (it claimed to be "next day delivery", which was one of the reasons we ordered from this company) and a screw was missing to assemble the stand. While the customer service managed to get me the screws delivered in the end, we couldn't use the product for days compared to when we were expecting it. Disappointing given the price we pay, and they didn't offer any form of compensation...”

“I ordered from the United States and everything went smoothly. International shipping was prompt (about 7 days as in the description) and communication with the store about tracking was responsive.
