I’m absolutely delighted with the Moses basket I bought for my future grandson.The quality is lovely, and it feels really well made. I also purchased the matching blanket and waterproof mattress cover which are both excellent and add that extra peace of mind. The rocking stand is beautiful too and works perfectly. Overall, I’m so pleased with everything—highly recommend!

Very poor quality Stand was terrible to build Pilot holes weren’t deep enough so we had to drill bigger holes. Pieces didn’t line up and the plastic trim is too big for the basket so it’s not a snug fit

The basket is lovely and of good quality, however the stand is very difficult to put together because the screwes proivded do not fit properly even with an electric drill. As we are unable to put the stand together we feel we aren't able to use the product to its full potential, so disappointed overall.

Terrible service. Ordered 11 days ago. Yet to receive my order. Despite sending 5 emails I am yet to receive any communication regarding it. I will now have to go through the bank to try and cancel the order and claim my money back. Not impressed at all.

The delivery service is very poor. It says next delivery but it’s now day 5 and the delivery keeps being delayed and even lost/not providing live tracking information. Recommend you consider an alternative delivery partner.

I am not impressed with how I never seem to get any response to my emails although I spoke to a very helpful girl on Tuesday morning. My order was not required in the end as my daughter in law was given one of your Moses baskets just after I placed my order. I sent you an email but no one responded and eventually I called and your colleague told me to refuse the DHL delivery when they came, which I did, but haven’t heard anything back from you about this or had any communications at all. You should try and mimic John Lewis returns policy which utterly superb! Your products are great but your returns policy is far from it! Sorry Cosima Magill

The stand had the wrong screw holes and was therefore useless. Emailed their customer care a week ago and have heard nothing back.

I paid an additional £7.95 for next-day delivery, expecting my item to arrive on 27/03/2026. Unfortunately, this did not happen. After tracking my order, it became clear that the parcel was not handed over to the delivery partner in time for next-day delivery to be fulfilled. Based on this, it was evident that the promised timeframe could not be met. I find this extremely misleading. When customers pay extra for next-day delivery, it is reasonable to expect that the service will be carried out as advertised. Failing to meet this expectation undermines trust and reflects poorly on the company’s reliability. As a customer who paid a premium for expedited shipping, I am both disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience. I would expect greater transparency and for advertised service levels to be upheld. Before ordering it from this website, I was contemplating if I should buy it off elsewhere but I chose to buy it from here as this is the brand company. I now know that I will be buying it from a more reliable retailer, such as John Lewis, which stocks the same brand but has a much more trustworthy delivery service.

I ordered a Moses basket, but unfortunately it arrived damaged, the base was broken and the basket cover was ripped. I completely understand that issues like this can happen, so I initially wasn’t concerned and expected a quick and straightforward replacement process. However, despite sending multiple emails, follow-ups, filling out forms, and attempting to call, I have received absolutely no response from the company. All I am asking for is a simple acknowledgment that my case is being reviewed so the damaged items can be replaced or refunded, but there has been complete radio silence. This is especially concerning as I have paid for the product, been left with unusable items, and have no way of getting in touch with anyone for support. I have a newborn, and due to the lack of response and the time this has taken, I was forced to purchase another Moses basket from a different company so my baby had somewhere safe to sleep. This means I am now out of pocket twice. I have tried every contact method I can find online, including the recommended faulty item and refund process, which does not appear to be working. The only communication I have received is an automated email asking me to leave a review, so this feels like the only remaining way to reach someone. Please, all I am asking for is a response so this issue can be resolved with either a replacement or a refund.

Great products - we have bought mattresses, protectors, and sheets for our family and are really happy with the quality of everything. The only complaint would be with the last delivery of a single mattress only one delivery driver was present so he was unable to carry it upstairs to our flat. Would probably be best to have deliveries better staffed so that they can be completed in full.
