Furstrated that my order got cancelled after payment was received and processed, and not receiving any notifactions about it. And receiving less money than what I paid. I would like to get someone to help me get this sorted! I bough the product (Twist natural matress) with a non-U.K credit card (Visa); which I have used for every and any transaction I've make in the U.K, without problems, for years now. I did receive a refund, but received less than what I paid, because of conversion rate??? I have never had that happened before - customer service said "due to exchange rate fluctuation this is something that can occur and is unfortunately outside of our control." and I do not think that is a proper answer or correct; every time I have had money refund from other businesses they have return the same amount I paid them - in U.S Dollars. Management, could you please address this and reach out? I had to go to Jogn Lewis to buy the exact same mattress, and I even saw it at a lower price than your website... ??

DO NOT BUY the cotton sheets, absolutely awful like sand paper after washing. We have lots of organic cotton sheets and these are just horrendous.

I ordered enough to qualify for free delivery so decided to make my order direct with the website rather than go to John Lewis who had a slightly better discount on the same items. I stayed in the following day, Friday, and nothing arrived. I contacted customer support the following day, Saturday, but offices were closed. On Monday I had a response from ‘Ben’ via email to say my delivery was out today. I wasn’t going to be home. I told him that service was poor, the delivery was supposed to have arrived Friday. Ben was useless and simply told me delivery was out and there was no possible discount or compensation he could offer for having wasted my time. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. He said he would keep me posted but I then had to call two days later to check a refund was being processed as he decided to ghost me. I’m shocked Ben is ‘Head of Customer Services’ as I found his emails to be very curt. He wasn’t helpful or apologetic and I certainly won’t order from here again in future as you can’t trust their delivery schedule.

You just refund the money to my account without any email notification. I saw on the statement and checked my order It was canceled and now you’re sending me this email that asking how you did it’s really funny.

First of all no purchase was made, so not sure why you asking for a review? Secondly I have never had a worse online shopping experience like this. Let’s just say I bought from your competition and it actually was smooth sailing!

My card was not accepted as it was from Dubai, even though it went through clearance by the bank on my side. I then waited 3/4 days for a refund and lost 10 pounds in the process. I regularly use my card for Peter Jones, white Company with no problem.

Payment taken then refunded with no plausible explanation as to why other than that I was making a fraudulent purchase as delivery address and billing address were different. They were not. Found the experience upsetting and offensive. Expectation NOT exceeded and did not re-order

They charged me a price including VAT and told ROI customs "Delivered Taxes Unpaid (DTU) and now I am faced to pay double tax for a mattress. I will never buy anything from them again.

Not only have I not received my item but keep being told that it's at my local post office. I have been down to the post office twice and have been told that they have no record of it and don't deal with Parcelforce who it was apparently sent with. A total shambles and particularly frustrating as I haven't been given a refund, can not get hold of the item and am 9 months pregnant and expected to traipse around London sorting out their delivery issues

Received my snuzpod today. The packaging was damaged and when I opened the box the snuzpod was also badly damaged. Apart from the part where snuzpod had been damaged in transit some of the parts have cracked/ peeling paint. Very disappointing quality for such an expensive product.

Awful customer service. Bought mattress and a few days later LGS refused to match a 20% discount that they are currently running causing unecessary inconvenience to have to return and reorder the mattress. Staff are unhelpful and didnt respond to emails. Disappointed.

Awful very disappointed. I Bought a little green sheep Moses basket 2 years ago now need a replacement mattress. Was told the basket was discontinued and so was the replacement mattress. I was advised by customer services to buy a custom fit one at £59.99 (takes about 4 weeks). I ended up buying the mamas and papas little green sheep mattress, which is only slightly different and fits my basket. In light of recommendations to prevent SIDS the orginal mattress should not be discontinued. Also the customer service line should have been able to advise me the M&P mattress is a suitable alternative, instead of recommending a custom fit mattress which is £20 dearer.

Our Mamas and Papas Moses Basket mattress measures 30 x 67cm, whereas the discontinued Moses Basket mattress from the Little Green Sheep mattress measured 32 x 66cm. We did not recommend the M&P Moses Basket Mattress to you due to the difference in sizing. As discussed on the phone, we are still able to sell the discontinued mattress on a made to order basis, however I can completely appreciate that you feel this should still be offered at the same price as our standard stock items. I bought a single junior mattress for my son. It's rock hard and impossible to sleep on. I even tried it after he had two sleepless nights and couldn't get comfortable at all, and I can usually fall asleep anywhere. Totally unusable - very disappointed.
